BULK DRUG & INTERMEDIATES
Gayatri pharmachem produces a high range of bulk drugs including Nicorandil, Procyclidine HCL etc.
MANUFACTURING UTILITIES
Gayatri Pharmachems in-house manufacturing plant is equipped with SS 316 reactors ranging from 100L to 500L with 50L and 200L glass-lined reactors. Other ... equipment includes:
200L Reaction and distillation unit
50L glass Reaction and distillation assemblies
Chilling plant and brine plant for carrying out low-temperature reactions
DM Water Plant for process utilization
As well as this, the company has a good drying unit equipped with SS tray dryer, a pulverize, blending units and efficient gas scrubbing systems.

INGREDIENT TESTING FACILITIES
Gayatri Pharmachem has an excellent analytical laboratory and is equipped with testing facilities including gas chromatography and thin layer chromatography. Each ingredient is carefully tested, checked, analyzed and approved by the analytical section before being dispatched. The products are subject to rigid tests from production through to final packaging. The laboratory is equipped with quality-testing equipment and quality standards are constantly upgraded as per the latest international codes.
